Who has access to the infinity pool?

The infinity pool is private for the guests in the main house, All other units have shared access ti the lower pool.

Whats the closest beach access?

The closest beach is Marias, which is great for surfing or a nice beach walk. Its about a 1 min drive or 4 minute walk, however the walk home is uphill. From Marias the next beach is Indicators then Domes, both mainly for surfing or laying out. If you are looking for a sand bottom beach for swimming the Marina beach and Sandy Beach are the best options, they are about a 3 minute drive from Fisheye. 

Should we rent a car?

Yes. There is no Uber in Rincon, and taxis are not frequent although you can call to schedule them for drop off/pick up to airport or other activities. Even though Rincon is a small town, walking from A to B isnt ideal given the hilly terrain. Not to mention if you are here for a few days you will definitely want to explore the beauty outside of Rincon. 

Whats your cancelation policy?

When a reservation is booked if it is more than a month away we will ask for 1/3 deposit, this amount is refundable up until a month prior to your stay, after which it is not refundable. A second deposit will be required 1 month prior to your stay, this amount is non-refundable. If you book your stay with less than a months notice we ask for 1/2 deposit, this amount is non-refundable. All remaining balances due and cleaning fees are due upon arrival.
